About

I am a Bay Area development engineer interested in a broad range of optical, electrical, and semiconductor physics, and I am currently exploring the design of photonic integrated circuits and components at Nokia (formerly Infinera). I received my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University working in the nanoscale and quantum photonics group of Prof. Jelena Vuckovic.

Research

My research background is primarily in the fields of quantum optics and nanophotonics. In particular, my dissertation work focused on the use of photonic crystals to investigate light-matter interaction at the nano-scale. You can view my publication list at Google Scholar.
